  • All digital products, online programs, membership plans, class packages, and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is successfully made.

  • No refunds will be provided once access to digital content, booking systems, or member-only areas has been granted.

  • Missed classes, unused sessions, or early termination of membership are not eligible for refunds.
     

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you sell physical products, the following applies:

a. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

b. Non-Returnable Items
