Service Description

Level: Beginner to Intermediate (Recreational) Our Artistic Gymnastics program introduces young children to the foundations of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. This class focuses on developing physical abilities such as flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and posture awareness. Students will learn essential gymnastics skills including: ✨ Handstand ✨ Tumbling Basics ✨ Cartwheel ✨ Bridges ✨ Rolls ✨ Body Shapes ✨ Jumps & Landings ✨ Ballet Basic (for girls) All activities are age-appropriate and recreational in nature—perfect for building confidence, body control, and love for movement before progressing into more advanced gymnastics.
